I am responsible for growing, developing and enabling Sage’s regional network of business partners, accountants and strategic alliance partners. I work closely with partners to build a customer-focused SaaS ecosystem that helps businesses to accelerate their growth. I started my career at Sage (then known as Softline) as a junior consultant, and moved up the ranks, taking the roles of projects consulting manager and national consulting manager, before being appointed as director of Professional Services in October 2016. From there, I was promoted to vice-president for Services for Africa and the Middle East. I was appointed to my current role in October 2019. I am skilled in Business Process Design, Software Documentation, Business Intelligence, Business Process Improvement, and Telecommunications. I am also an entrepreneur - owner at Brewbay.co.za and Theredbishop.co.za. I have linked my personal interests such as all things brewing and birding by hosting e-commerce platforms where I keep my finger on the pulse of what small businesses go through on a day-to-day basis. I enjoy understating small businesses with their victories and hardships and I believe this helps me understand our customers better. I hold a BCom (Hons) Business/Commerce from the University of Pretoria.
