I teach "Producing with Entertainment Analytics" for both undergraduate and graduate students. Our class helps students better understand how they can leverage existing data, minimum viable products of their content, and A/B split testing. In doing so, these aspiring producers can better identify, develop, package, and pitch new film and television projects. This course is a prerequisite for Chapman University's content accelerator program, which was developed by BingeLabs.

As an Insights Reporting contractor I provided critical support for functional, campaign, and leadership reporting for the Olympic movement in the United States including LA28, Team USA, the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC). My work helped our team and stakeholders make data-driven decisions through actionable interactive dashboardsAs a contractor I developed and managed a full suite of custom Tableau dashboards needed by our marketing team for the LA28 brand launch. In addition to these dashboards, I also provided actionable daily insights to support our team’s adaptive strategy to reach our brand awareness goals.

Developed a ranked database for intellectual properties (movies, television shows, comics, and books) to aid clients in gauging licensing potential using R based machine learning models to automate the collection and sorting of several sources of existing consumer demand:- Sorted 18,000+ books new to the public domain to identify the top 20 list to adapt to film or TV for Lit Entertainment Group and Chapman University’s OnRamp program.- Sorted 40,000+ titles from WEBTOON to be developed by Lit Entertainment screenwriters for film & TV- Developed a low cost market testing method development that uses “rip reels” (aka sizzle reels) and micro-targeted advertising experiments to gauge demand for initial concepts

Managed the scheduling and media assets of 83 VidCon’s Industry Track speakers multi-tasking four stages running in parallel over the fast paced three day event. Our speakers included experts, industry leaders, and top creators who gave presentations on the business and future of online video.

Founded, developed, managed, and scaled WeGreenlight, a market research platform for new brand and product development. Created programs and databases that automated the primary research testing, collection, and analysis for thousands of new brands and products in-development with a test audience of over 125,000 consumers. Devised gamification and marketing campaigns that brought in over 125K users who helped 130+ new brands & products develop and launch with notable success stories (Tally, Ava Wearables). Strong financial acumen managed and motivated a team of seven through two pivots and raised $200K seed investment. Secured contracts with Thomson Reuters and SAP as clients to do quantitative and qualitative market testing for new content and product development aimed at millennials.

Chapman University’s accelerator struggled to compete with other accelerator programs (UCI, USC, UCLA) because their business students were not as high achieving. I was instrumental in identifying the selective process of their film school, Dodge College, produced high caliber talent that started businesses of their own outside of any business programs. I was brought on as an Advisor to pivoting the program in their transition to entrepreneurship in entertainment and digital media. As a student and alum of Chapman's Dodge College of Film & Media Arts I helped bridge the relations between the entertainment and business programs. The program focused on new forms of digital entertainment & distribution (VR, streaming, crowdfunding, etc.) with notable successes (Well Told Entertainment, Replay Collective) Created proposals and developed relationships with Netflix’s content development. Finally, advising the development of a triple disciplinary graduate program (Producing MFA, Business MBA, and Law JD) to compete with USC’s Stark Program.

Developed video production, press, and social media campaigns for LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and Gov. Jerry Brown. These campaigns brought awareness to key issues such as crime reduction, public transportation, and cultivating Los Angeles' small businesses. Utilized multiple polling and forum methods to develop campaigns that engaged directly with over 250,000 people’s interests and opinions expressed online.
