About Peter Holland

I love the sugarcane spirits category and have travelled extensively, seeing production firsthand. My engineering background makes technical aspects easy for me.I'm a consultant for hire who specialises in the spirits category of rum. Most of my time is spent hosting tastings and training events tailored to suit all levels of trade and consumer audiences.
