• Implement and manage processes that deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Electrolux Management System (EMS) standards set by the company;
• Implement and manage production processes to produce maximum output efficiency from floor staff to engineers and factory equipment and machinery;
• Create process mapping for all manufacturing activities and continuously look for ways to improve the productivity by eliminating waste;
• Ensure implementation of all production related processes as per the EMS;
