Working from the Farnborough, UK office. Global responsibility for technical integration work on the Nokia Music service line. Also managing the launch of all Nokia services (Music, Maps, Games, Media, and Messaging) for Telefonica properties worldwide.

 Built the Sales Engineer team from the ground up hiring employees in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and India. Accepted a 2 year special assignment to lead the team in Asia resulting in won deals with operators in Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and India. Responsible for coordinating with Sales Engineer team managers worldwide and acting as single Sales Engineer interface to headquarters in Finland. Implementation project manager for 5 months in Hong Kong launching operator services based on Nokia Wireless Email. Coordinated engineering resources worldwide to develop the highly customized solution.

 Manage all technical aspects of pre-sales customer relationship for operators evaluating Wireless Push Email and Device Management solutions. Formulate and articulate complex systems architecture to address the scalability and billing integration needs of mobile operators. Hired, trained, and managed Sales Engineer teams in South America, North America and Asia. Developed processes and technical resources for conducting trials of Nokia’s wireless email solutions for operators worldwide.

 Authored and executed the company’s business and marketing plan. Authored and negotiated contracts with executives of client companies. Worked with Sprint and several Sprint VARs on Enterprise sales opportunities requiring Intellisync Mobile Suite components including Data Sync. Designed technical architecture and network infrastructure for data synchronization based on the Synchrologic iMobile Suite platform for several large contracts including Tulsa Dental and Glacier Water.  Deployed and administered over 450 production users across North America and Mexico on several Synchrologic servers. Managed several custom application development projects for Pocket PC. Established a strong partnership with Synchrologic and in two years led SyncField to be the #1 partner for the Handheld Data Sync product in terms of license sales and technical competence. Responsible for all sales activity, project management, and QA.

 Provided customer support on Oracle Server databases specializing in advanced symmetric data replication technology. Supported, tested, and assisted in the development of mobile database synchronization solutions using Oracle Lite for handheld and palm computers. Specialized in Windows 32, Windows CE, and Palm O/S platforms.  Designed and implemented business processes in compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Became a certified ISO Quality Auditor specializing in implementation of quality programs for software companies. Lead instructor for internal Oracle classes on symmetric data replication. Developed and deployed course material on Oracle Lite mobile data synchronization technology.
