This role encompasses management 70 staff across functional groups including Retail sales, Financial Planning, Commercial sales, Loan Assessment, IT and Operations

The responsibility of this role was to deliver Profit and Loss requirements while successfully refining and executing a change program that integrated 6 disparate distribution channels into one business.This business consists of 115 staff across Business Banking, Retail Branches, Personal Bankers, Mobile Bankers, Brokers, and internal and external Financial Planning teams. The geographical area consists of the lucrative high growth corridor of the South-West Melbourne Metropolitan region down through to the Victorian Southern Coastal region.

The responsibility of this role was to deliver the strategy through to BAU stage for the newly created ANZ Mobile Lending Franchise. This included creating all aspects of the business, internal stakeholder management, interaction with external market analyst and commentators and in tandem specific responsibility of the sales of the business in VIC and TAS.
