After spending over 30 years in various senior roles within the Construction, Property Refurbishment and Energy Efficiency Industry. I established Synergize in 2012 and successfully grew the company in to a successful and highly regarded business with a reputation for delivering projects on time, to budget and to the highest level of client satisfaction.During 2018 Synergize was acquired which allowed myself to take up the role of Consultant and Non-Executive Director supporting a number of companies who were looking to grow, where necessary implement change and move on to achieve their full potential.During this period and more recently the drive within the industry to assist the Government in achieving net zero has commenced and in response to this Zero Carbon Group Limited has been created, which will support clients across the UK to deliver multiple measure energy efficiency retrofit schemes.Zero Carbon Group will support Social Housing providers and the wider Public & Private sector improve living conditions, reduce fuel poverty and help achieve net zero carbon targets. My role will be to lead the organisation in ensuring it achieves its full potential and establishes itself as a highly regarded Industry player in the energy efficiency retrofit market.
