- I led UX within the consolidation team working to produce a business case demonstrating how Health NZ can consolidate and improve their consumer digital health platforms. – Key UX/UI Design
- Produced a high level UX audit and overview to establish future product roadmap and IA model for consolidating health websites and improving user experience.
- Developed two Figma prototypes for how the info.health digital platform can be upgraded to handle a wider variety of content and improve the user experience.
- Undertook moderated user testing at Palmerston North Hospital and produced a synthesis document of findings to inform and develop a UX roadmap for the product.– Key roles
