Served as an Elected School Board member for three years. Responsibilities included serving as Chair of Business and Finance committee and personally negotiated a new three year $75M Moorestown Teachers union contract, and Chair of Building and Facilities Committee that negotiated and oversaw the implementation of a $50M referendum involving a new turf field and building upgrades.

Responsibilities included running the engineering services group for a National Consulting Engineering Firm where I served as the Principal Engineer in Charge of Engineering Services including plant design, remedial investigation support and program management, and remediation design and implementation. Extensive experience working with Northeast regulatory agencies, industrial client negotiations, specification and plan preparation, as well as project and program management.

Senior project manager responsible for large diameter municipal water wells and treatment plants; mechanical projects involving water distribution systems, environmental drilling projects and pump design services. Projects included working on Lipari Landfill, GEMS and other such NPL sites as well as clean water treatment sites throughout the Northeast.

Completed a full-time 6-month co-op assignment for a global manufacturer of cogeneration plants, with international clients in the power industry. My role supported senior project managers in the manufacturer of steam turbines, gear driven equipment and large industrial motors. Each project was GANT charted and tracked through the manufacturing process with typical fabrication timelines in excess of 24 months.

Completed a full-time 6-month co-op assignment for Graduate Hospital that involved operations management reviews of hospital cost centers involving a variety of issues including cost efficiency, space utilization, expense and waste generation. Stayed on following co-op at request of hospital to provide ongoing part time support while completing undergraduate work at Drexel.
