Built and Managed the new customer on-boarding team to ensure new customers are brought on board efficiently and smoothly. Developed the newly formed department and team to ensure a customer's first few months with the company and their new software are as good as can be!

Answered customer questions through phone and email on how to use the web-based software and troubleshoot problems they are having to determine if it's a bug or user error. Bugs are then recreated, documented and sent to the development team for resolution.

As an assistant manager I was responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, and sales. All this falls under the broad category of providing great customer service as well.

I was responsible for managing the store when the ASM and SM were not there. Otherwise I was focused on sales and customer service.

As a Technology Specialist I was mainly responsible for sales and customer service. I was able to open and close the store as well so when I was the only Key Carrier I was then responsible for the entire operation of the store as well.
