Application architect for best practices reference application. Design and develop updated revision of the distributed SOA application infrastructure according to modern design principles and patterns, including dependency injection/IoC, Model-View-Presenter UI architecture and BPM integration. Developed and implemented migration, adoption and best-practices strategies for the OpenEdge GUI for .NET (Winforms-based UI). Lead developer for Progress Dynamics application framework (distributed, repository-based application framework). Responsible for design and development, primarily in the common services layer - application object repository and associated managers / services (repositiory, security, customisation, translation et al).

Designed, developed and maintained parts of the Progress Dynamics (ICF) Framework as part of a team contracted to Progress Software Corporation. These duties involved the complete software life cycle, from problem identification, through a formal design process, development, system testing and documentation. Worked with OpenEdge ABL (Progress 4GL), Dynamics Framework and ErWin for design purposes. Acted as technical lead for the Repository portion of the Dynamics product and supported clients in the implementation of Dynamics applications. Dynamics Consultant duties included advising, mentoring and supporting clients in the implementation of Dynamics version 1.1 applications. Pre-sales work was occasionally required.
