I was also in charge of leading the entrepreneur team for our first BCG-Merch Project that involves a QR-code that directs to our website listing our agreement and key class concept that has been perfected using Artificial Intelligence.During this role, I facilitate meetings between the artist team and the entrepreneur team, negotiate with some vendors, taking care of licensing issue, and plan a strategy for the marketing team. Through out this project, I have gained lots of valuable experiences, such as communication, project management, negotiation, and collaboration skills that I can't get anywhere else.
