• Leading and developing the financial department with 80 - and the regional procurement with 100 employees.

• Interim Financial Director over the entire Northern region of Germany ( € 1.5 bn revenue, 15,000 employees, States of Bremen, Hamburg, Schleswig Holstein, Niedersachsen ).

• Personel and organisation development of the financial department. Restructuring the investment controlling and persuade the regional management to profit orientation and project amortisation.

Hannover / Braunschweig

• Implementing and steering the first Department for investment Controlling in the Region Hannover/ Braunschweig in Germany of Deutsche Bundespost Telekom.
• Responsibility for investment volumes of € 750 M and 60 employees.
• Creating and implementing reporting, steering structures, KPI, approval Processes.
• Hiring and developing the needed employees to build up all these new structures.
• Building up regional financial structures and processes for the firs time in Deutsche Bundespost Telekom.
