Assigned the Project lead engineer, responsible for a major property refurbishment initiative which included a complete refresh of LAN infrastructure at head offices and relocation of the data centre.

Additionally I worked as part of a team that provided second and third line support on the organisation’s Microsoft and Novell NetWare server farm, all desktop operating systems and application programs based at the head office in London and 16 regional offices.
