I serve as the Fourth Mayor of Riverside, Ohio

I lead a class of Graduate Students in the University of Dayton School of Public Administration teaching Urban Planning & Economic Development. I work with the Department of Political Science.

I served on behalf of Dean, Dr. Brian Rigling, as the conduit between industry and academia for the College of Engineering and Computer Science in the vibrant community in and around Wright State University. As the Director of Development and External Relations, I engage Alumni, Students, Civic Leaders, and Corporate Partners on research collaboration, commercial alliances, along with advancement opportunities big and small to support the College’s vision of Access, Affordability and Preeminence.

Led the seven member Greene County Port Authority Board. Updated Greene County Port Authority Bylaws, Policy, and Procedures.Spearheaded public finance opportunities for the Wright State Physicians, and Riverside Research totaling nearly $20 million in bonds.

Coordinated comprehensive Zoning Code Rewrite for the City of Riverside, Ohio.Managed CDBG Grant Program for the City of Riverside, Ohio.Administered the City of Riverside's Real Estate Acquisition Program to facilitate the purchase and transfer of delinquent property.Initiated and Administer three Community Reinvestment Areas (CRA) in collaboration with the Ohio Department of Development for the City of Riverside, Ohio.Managed City-wide Code Enforcement for the City of Riverside, Ohio.Administered U.S. Census Bureau LUCA Program for the City of Riverside, Ohio.Administered the City of Dayton’s Real Estate Acquisition Program to facilitate the purchase and transfer of delinquent property.

Administered the City of Dayton’s Lot Links Program to facilitate the transfer of city-owned property to productive use. Served on the City of Dayton / Montgomery County Land Reutilization CommitteeGeographic Information Systems (GIS) Mapping SpecialistServed as the lead staff for the City of Dayton’s Department of Planning in establishing the first residential Special Improvement District in the State of Ohio in the Walnut Hills Neighborhood in East Dayton.
