During his tenure with THP, Peter spearheaded a complete governance review and revitalization resulting in an improved alignment of board committees to the key fundraising sources of the foundation, and streamlined the governance process to allow more time of board members to support fundraising activities. The board approved and executed the largest fundraising campaign in the Hospitals history targeting fundraising of $110M in 7 years. Peter also led, with his counterpart at Credit Valley Hospital Foundation, the merger of the two foundation to Support THP, one of the largest hospitals in Ontario.
