Range of duties include: strategic planning, fund-raising, program development, budget development, academic and regulatory compliance, oversight of faculty on Vancouver and New Jersey campuses, branding and marketing, enrollment management, new programing for our U.K. campus. Student population includes a robust mix of domestic and international, full- and part-time, on-campus and off-campus, fully employed and not yet employed, on scholarship from our external donors and full-paying, white, black, Hispanic, East Asian, South Asian, African, and Latin American. Initiated project-based learning courses in both Vancouver and new Jersey to encourage faculty-student collaboration on research. Initiated multi-semester Policy Research course focused on residential segregation in collaboration with the FDU Poll, Advisory Board members, faculty, and students. Show less

Led the Florham Campus with 3400+ undergraduate and graduate students on 180 acres of the Gilded-Age estate of Florence Vanderbilt and Hamilton Twombly (with budgetary responsibility for a second campus in Wroxton, England).
