CurrentBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT • Reviewing current market trends to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue & margins. • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.• Methodical management of BD and Sales managers within FIEGE Czech Republic.• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new… Show more BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT • Reviewing current market trends to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue & margins. • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.• Methodical management of BD and Sales managers within FIEGE Czech Republic.• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.• Developing goals for the development initiatives and business growth and ensuring they are met.• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.KA MANAGEMENT • In collaboration with CEO, KA managers (Site managers) and the OPEX team, working on signing contracts or contract prolongation • Develop new activities and projects with existing KA clients• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.SALES MARKETING • He is co-responsible for the visibility of the FIEGE brand on the Czech market• In collaboration with Marketing Branding Manager attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.• In collaboration with Marketing Branding Manager prepares articles about FIEGE for professional publications and social networks• Co-organises and plans regular annual visits to KA clients including distribution of FIEGE promotional materialPRICING & ANNUAL DEVELOPMENT• Prepares the basis for regular Annual price adjustments• In collaboration with CEO, KA managers (Site managers) and the OPEX team, working Annual Indexation and new Rate Cards for following years SALES & BD ACTIVITIES RECORDS • Registers and controls the registration of all business activities with a turnover potential of over €100,000 per year in FIEGE CRM Dynamics 365• Stores all customer logistics solution proposal in a pre-defined secure storage location Show less
