• Managing the healthcare company in the field of diagnostic imaging (MRI - magnetic resonance, CT-computed tomography, PET/CT, RTG, USG)• Growing the holding group from 4 diagnostic imaging centers to 10 DI centers through the greenfield or brownfield projects as well as the acquisitions, managing further business development• Strategic Planning, Financial Management, HR management, management of day-to-day operations of the company of 100+ employees

Renewable Energy• Project management, building, launch and operations of 4 large photovoltaic power plants in Slovakia, exit to real estate/energy funds, management of Operations and maintenance company• Managing the renewable-energy company that seeked investments in solar, wind, biomass, small-hydro power plants

• Management, control and analysis of financial statements (BS, P&L, CF) of Kraft’s EEMA branches, regular planning cycles, preparation of regional CF variation analysis, reporting to KIC HQ in USA• Preparation of Treasury and Asset Management reports for different levels of management, implementation of asset management initiatives and best practices in the region• Analysis and planning of Balance sheet and Cash Flow for EEMA HQ and presentation/approval to the management• Coordination of commercial and IS CAPEX plans (data analysis, project update, reporting)• Monitoring of Credit and Cash positions, follow-up and communication with Kraft branches and its banks, coordination and preparation of Annual Financial Strategy• Support for various Treasury ad-hoc projects

Accounting / Reporting supervision:• Managing EEMA/CE HQ monthly closings, coordinating on-going accounting tasks for EEMA HQ (on-going BS tracking, manual GL entries, income and deferred tax calc., IC invoices tracking or outcharging, preparation of outcharge templates, calcul. of WHT receivable for EEMA HQ, etc.)• Manage HQ Management Fee Process (accruals, calculation, communication, invoicing, back-ups)• Monitor and control intercompany recharges: provide timely information on receivables aging, reduce overdues to a minimum, establish a database for all IC charges issued by Vienna HQ• Analyse fixed assets currently held on the books of KFI CEEMA GmbH incl. inventory taking and "clean-up" of fixed asset registerRegional Controlling:• Manage regional data collection including ITPE process, strategic reserve requests and tracking, engagement requests for public accounting firms, quarterly Management Letters and tax reporting by EEMA countries• Number of direct reports: 1

• responsible for the migration of transaction/financial process for Czech rep., Slovakia, Poland, Belgium and Austria business entities to the EBSC in Bratislava and Madrid• carrying out interviews with process managers / supervisors to validate the activity split and FTE numbers, validation of standard operating design, manage assigned workshadower team (direct reports:5-6 persons), coordinate the implementation of Enabling Technologies (GERS, local banking solutions, etc.) including key user training, user acceptance testing and end user training• track cut-over progress for defined processes, manage assigned activities according plan, ensuring all tasks are completed in time, support EBSC operation through first month close post go live• contributing to high performing team by sharing experience/knowledge to other team members

• responsible for the management of weekly postings (consolidation of country data, preparation of regional review report for internal management and KIC, primary contact for KIC and follow-ups, development and preparation of Available Profit Simulation report, etc.),• preparation of the actual closing, management of the monthly Flash, preparation of regional commentaries for Actual OC drivers, follow-up of KIC questions after actual teleconference with KIC• Planning process / revised forecasts: issuing instructions, preparation of management and ad-hoc reports, SWIFT consolidations, plan reviews and management of resubmissions, regional presentation preparation, management of quarterly estimates, etc.• Data management for CEEMA Adjustment unit (bookings of Intercompany Transfers into SWIFT and Hyperion)

• Sales Controlling / Business Analysis: analysing and providing relevant Sales data to the GESD Management Team to determine customer profitability, maintaining weekly sales reports, conducting monthly and quarterly sales reviews, preparing ad hoc analysis reports, cost / margin analysis and pricing policy revisions, data and business support to Business Development Analysts and Market Managers, conducting process analysis and assisting in establishing new procedures• assisting in development of Operating Budget, Strategic Plan, Revised Forecasts and Monthly Estimates, submitting financial plans and forecasts to Swift and Hyperion (financial reporting IT systems), performing ad hoc profitability scenarios, P&L projections and business acquisitions / divestitures• reporting to Manager Financial Planning and Administration

• preparing proposals for the Slovak government, contributing to offering and selling memoranda, identifying potential acquisition candidates, assisting in the development of clients' acquisition strategies• researching and analyzing segments of the IT, telecommunications and energy industries, • assessing and valuing potential targets, facilitating the approach process, supporting negotiation efforts

• preparing legal documentation to be signed with local small- and medium-sized companies (annual sales of € 2-25MM) and closing the deals of average value € 500.000 with the clients in person, cooperating with the Legal Counsel of the Bank• risk management, credit administration, compliance coordination• archiving, scanning, administrative work, etc.

• professional Sales Support service to the East Central European Customers, Dealers and internal Sony BPE Sales & Marketing personnel, coordination of complex customer orders and activities • close cooperation with Finance Department (Accounts Receivable, Letters of Credit, etc.) • handled contracts of average value between € 50.000-100.000, but with some up to € 1-2 MM (complete job description with the letter of ref. avail.)
