I am a experienced CEO/Project manager/consultant - who over 30 years - has built and managed my own startup - 4D A/S - a B2B consultant and educational company specializing in Microsoft software. A company with approximately 50 employees at its peak in 2017. 4D A/S had the status of Microsoft Gold Partner and managed to win the award as "Microsoft Training Partner of the year" 3 times.Recognized for my positive mindset, strategic thinking, drive and presence. I have extensive experience in management, sales, marketing, negotiation and streamlining (both digital and non-digital) My expertise lies in driving growth, implementing solutions from vision to operation, creating strong relationships and delivering high-quality results. I am known to be a likeable leader. I thrive in collaborative environments, and I excel at motivating teams to achieve exceptional performance.4D A/S had a unique working environment and unity, and my employees stayed there on average between 10 and 25 years, which is a long time for IT experts. We had a good reputation in the industry and were known for delivering high quality solutions and services.Unfortunately, I have also experienced a costly downturn due to an unpredictable COVID and the accompanying financial consequences. That is why I chose to close the company in May 2023, but it has been an exciting and educational journey.With my ability to think outside the box and a motto: "Only dead fish go with the flow", I have helped to "disrupt" the Danish course industry for many ways. I have no problem working independently and taking responsibility.
