Current• Leading, monitoring, and supervision of team members to achieve timely and accurate consolidated regulatory reporting, in line with the regulator`s requirements. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.• Motivation and inspiration of the team by creating a pleasant working environment, that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and common sense for team goals.• Conducting or intermediating training of team members to maximize their potential.• Recruitment of new team members, formulation KPIs evaluation of performance, oversighting team members’ development.• Taking final responsibility for team`s outputs and results.• Representing team externally in relation to management, entities, and other departments.• In lead of cooperation with counterparties when concerning Regulatory Data Management and Solutions team (i.e., other departments, internal/external auditors, Czech National Bank).• Translation/interpretation of upcoming European prudential concepts into internal reporting systems in coordination with Risk and Regulatory managers.• Technical implementation of new concepts in cooperation with Regulatory Reporting team where necessary.
