Livit heeft meer dan 40 locaties en ruim 400 aanmeetlocaties in Nederland met 3 productie locaties; Amsterdam, Dordrecht en Waalwijk.Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Amsterdam waar alle support afdelingen bij elkaar in 1 open ruimte zitten.In 2013 (deel 1) en 2014 (deel 2) is het gehele ICT landschap vervangen voor een nieuwe infrastructuur waar ik operationeel bij betrokken ben geweest.Infrastructuur bestaat uit CRM (Centrale klantenadministratie), SharePoint (Documenten - Klantportaal), MRP (Planningssoftware), InfoPath (Digitale formulieren), Microsoft Navision (ERP systeem) en als spin in het web; BizTalk welke alle systemen d.m.v. web services aan elkaar knoopt.Onze Orthopedisch Adviseurs werkten voor deze aanpassing op papier, willen nu niet meer terug en zijn blij dat we deze digitaliseringsslag gemaakt hebben. De aanpassing voorkomt veel vragen en fouten omdat het proces nu automatisch het systeem in "geschoten" wordt.Omschrijving functieprofiel:Bij Livit ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de ICT Infrastructuur en hieronder valt;★ Nieuwe verzoeken vanuit de business vertalen naar ICT oplossingen★ Verantwoordelijk voor ICT Servicedesk★ Relatie onderhouden met leveranciers★ Zoeken naar verbeterpunten in de organisatie★ Beheer VMWare omgeving (80 servers)★ Beheer Citrix Xenapp 6.5 / RES Powerfuse★ Beheer Avaya telefooncentrale★ Beheer locatiebezoeken van Livit★ Beheer Netwerkapparatuur (Cisco switches en AccessPoints).★ Beheer Active Directory en Exchange 2010★ Beheer Windows Deployment Services (WDS)Certificering:★ MCITP Enterprise Administrator (2008) / MCTS★ ITIL Foundation

Since January 2006 I worked at Lemontree Outsoucing. After my training MBI MBO (Employee Information System) I began to work at accounting office in Hoofddorp when I was 19 years old.There was an external company who visited Cox & Partners on a monthly base for all related IT questions and IT checks.Cox & Partners wanted an internal systems administrator for all IT related questions and first contact to colleauges and administer the desktops and servers: That was me.since I began my career, I learned a lot and gained much experience.My work included:★ Migrations Windows 2000 to Windows XP Professional workstations.★ Installation of new applications on servers and workstations.★ Desktop support.During my career at Cox & Partners I got in contact with Hestronic. Hestronic is an IT company in Hengelo and also did occasional IT management at Cox & Partners.Cox & Partners and Hestronic have agreed that I should go to customers of Hestronic to support / troubleshooting of IT related issues / projects. During this time I learned a lot of experience of Windows XP, Windows Server 2000/2003.After 4 years, I spoke to Nick (this was a colleage of the company I had an internship at Schreiner Airways) and he told me that Lemontree (The company he works for) was searching for colleages with dedication and passion...So I ended up by Lemontree
