As a dedicated professional at the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung with over six years of diverse experience, I have cultivated a profound understanding of international and domestic politics, change management, and project administration. Beginning my journey in 2017 as the Deputy Representative in the Regional Programme Political Dialogue West Africa, I was deeply involved in fostering dialogue and cooperation with politics, civil society and media in a dynamic international context, particularly focused on Sub-Saharan Africa.In 2019, I transitioned to the role of Desk Officer in Finance and Project Administration, based in Berlin, where I significantly honed my skills in financial oversight and project management in an international context.Since July 2020, I have been serving as the Advisor to the Secretary General and as the Deputy Head of the Executive Office. This role has enabled me to influence high-level decision-making processes and participate in strategic planning at the highest echelons of the organization. My responsibilities encompass overseeing critical aspects of executive management, underpinning the foundation’s mission in promoting democracy, peace, and development nationally and internationally.Throughout my tenure, I have been driven by a passion for shaping a more inclusive and democratic world. My experiences across different cultures and geopolitical landscapes have enriched my perspective, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to the foundation's goals. I am continuously seeking opportunities to leverage my expertise in furthering the impact of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung both in Germany and globally.
