I am a European Master of Finance and Control (Register Controller). I have 25 years experience as a management consultant and interim manager. In this role, I help especially not-for-profit organizations and social institutions improve their financial control. I am an experienced financial manager; my main areas of expertise include:- planning & control (budgeting, long-term forecasts, management reporting, benchmarking);- administrative processes (administration, ERP systems, internal control);- finance and control function (financial and business controlling);- strategy (business plans, modeling and capital investments).I have been in various roles on boards and management teams.
