Being an introvert, I have my entire life listened more than I have talked. I have perfected my ability to listen, to be curious, to learn and search for solutions. To be relevant in a corporate setting I have had to practise speaking up and sharing my insights which has required a significant effort, however I believe that I have found a good balance between listening og speaking today. I get energy from making sure my colleagues thrive and succeed. I focus on paving the way to ensure people around me can focus on the task at hand and performing their best, removing obstacles, and making sure their workload is reasonable. Mentoring and sparring is a top priority in my weekly schedule.
