I am a Senior Lawyer in the Kuits Commercial Litigation department based in Manchester, although I represent clients nationally and internationally.I have over 35 years' experience of dealing with commercial litigation cases and have a wealth of experience in handling complex High Court/County Court litigation.I also often represent clients from overseas due to my connection and involvement with several international legal firms throughout the world . I also represent domestic clients in pursuing claims outside the UK. In particular, I have been involved in a major international dispute concerning timeshare organisations throughout Europe.I am married with two children and live in Hale, Cheshire. My passion is golf (although a struggling 17 handicapper!) and am the current Captain ( 2019) at my club. Dunham Forest I also enjoy going to the gym ( but not as regularly as I should!) theatre, and travelling particularly Cruising.
