Teaching an Entrepreneurship Course (SEM331) as the Capstone of the University of Alberta's Undergraduate Certification in Innovation and Entrepreneurship

As Co-Founder of Meuwly's, I focus on business development, strategy and leadership. We launched the business in 2017 with a line of value-add meat items produced for local restaurants. We quickly followed this up with "Secret Meat Club," a subscription box of charcuterie, sausages, pickles & preserves. In 2018, we opened our Artisan Food Market on 124th st, Edmonton. We showcase dozens of locally-produced foods, from Jam to Single-Origin Spices to Alfajores. Today we're scaling up these distribution channels along with multiple farmer's market locations, and a growing presence in niche retailers across the province. Our team is proud to be bringing a taste of Alberta to our community.

I'm proud to have launched my culinary career at the Edmonton Convention Centre, under two of Canada's top chefs - Simon Smotkowitz and Serge Belair.Years later, the Convention Centre became one of our valued clients when we launched our business, Meuwly's.
