These elements guide the organization to meet its vision of protecting the environment, achieving an injury free workplace through a committed and actively caring culture and total compliance to occupational safety and health regulations. Certified Safety Systems LLC will perform an organizational gap analysis to determine 1) the health of existing management systems or 2) the framework necessary for a new and robust management system. Safety Leadership Training, Coaching & Mentoring Certified Safety Systems, LLC provides safety leadership training appropriate to the level of leadership. The training is designed from the safety management and business operating systems. Following training, a series of safety leadership coaching events is employed to ensure learning objectives were met and strong safety leadership practices are in place. Risk Assessment, Management and MitigationA key element to any safety management system is risk management. Certified Safety Systems, LLC structures key elements of the management system, (e.g. training, communication, inspections, and audits) around the organization’s risk profile. All applicable legal and regulatory requirements are identified to ensure compliance risk is negligible. Hazard based risk is determined through a quantitative assessment methodology that provides organizational leaders with a robust risk model enabling effective employment of resources to control high risk hazards and mitigation plans to eliminate unacceptable risk.
