The EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is transforming ESG reporting. The European Union Green Deal mandates that companies report on the impact of their business activities on the environment and society. The DSGO trust framework establishes a federated ecosystem that facilitates the secure sharing of valid and real-time data—a prerequisite for advancing digitization in the construction sector. Without standardized agreements on data access, the scalability of existing digitization initiatives remains unattainable.Credit ManagementIn my role as the project manager for the Use Case BIM , I am tasked with overseeing the implementation of the adoption project. Our team has defined and delivered a subset of standard delivery specifications (IDS) for a digital structure. This necessitates specific agreements with market parties as submitters, municipalities as providers, and software parties. Additionally, I am accountable for developing an initial data service involving permit providers and the (software parties of) contractors and service providers. Collaborating with the Scheme of Agreements project team, I have transformed a Use Case data service into a comprehensive Plan of Action.

Within the Business Continuity Management project, I have implemented the control measures essential for ensuring Business Continuity. I have developed deliverables for the following control measures: IT Continuity plans, Testing of the IT Continuity plan, Offsite backup storage, Backup and Restoration, Storage. I have conducted Risk Control Self Assessments, formulated implementation plans, and recorded the initial required auditable evidence . Ultimately, I have successfully concluded this phase, creating a Plan of Action for the Operation phase and coordinating the transition and transfer of knowledge with the Control owners.
