Owned and managed $1M construction project involving renovation and adaptive re-use of historic structures in 2003-2007. Project used Fed, State and Local tax incentives including National Park Service (NPS) tax credit program, State of Florida Enterprise Zone sales tax refunds for all building materials, Property Tax Abatement program offered by city of Jax for qualified historic property.
