Project overview – Development of a Global system design and Implementation of Oracle Fusion R13 across the UK & 5 other countries for the Worldpay Group.Key Achievements & Responsibilities:• Responsible for the Global design of the Procurement processes, modules and interfaces including the Procurement Portal, Core Procurement and the Supplier Portal.• Responsible for the configuration of the above mentioned modules.• Delivered new processes that maximised automation of the procurement processes through the use of catalogues, Punchouts, smartforms. Project overview – Implementation of Oracle R12 across multiple divisions of Balfour Beatty plc. Key Achievements & Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing the delivery of the change programme for the P2P workstream. This included hosting regular meetings with key senior stakeholders to ensure appropriate sign off and recording of key decisions throughout the lifecycle of the programme.• Creation of key project documentation including requirements documents, specifications and data migration requirements.• Managed the delivery of a Purchase Card Interface whereby all transactions were approved and coded before then being interfaced into Oracle.• Worked on data migration reconciliations during multiple data migration cycles and facilitated sign off by the business stakeholder.• Created a full set of process flows for the P2P process down to level 4.• Delivered training to both end users and to trainers for higher volume users.• Coordinated & supported user acceptance testing performed by the business, including recording issues/defects and progressing to successful conclusion.

Project overview – Implementation of Oracle R12 across UK, French & Belgium divisions of Eurostar International Limited. Responsibilities: • Responsible for supporting the newly implemented oracle system including continuous improvement of the procurement processes and on-going training of staff.

Implementation of Oracle R12 across UK, French & Belgium divisions of Eurostar International Limited.Achievements:Worked with the client to identify Business Requirements, complete gap-fit analysis, write the functional designs and work with off shore team to develop and deliver the solution.Designed a complete requisition approval and touch free PO creation & approval process utilising Oracle AME functionality.Designed and built an iProcurement shop front incorporating the use of stores, smart forms, content zones, approved supplier lists & commodity groupings. Shop front designed to make it easier for requisitioners to buy from the right suppliers and to code the requisition correctly.Responsible for system and system integration testing including resolution of all defects.Supported the client in terms of preparing and reconciling data for migration.

Project Overview - Implementation of Oracle R12 within Worldpay (UK) Limited in order to give Worldpay their own financial systems to complete the separation from RBS, as well as creating the capability for future growth and process efficiencies.Achievements:Led the implementation of Oracle R12 modules including Purchasing & iProcurement across four operating units.Successfully migrated all open purchasing transactions and standing data.Developed and built a full suite of OBIEE reports and dashboards designed to give category managers the information they need to manage their areas of spend, to manage their suppliers and to enable compliance to process to be measured at both high and detailed level.

Role overview - To ensure that the T5 team were equipped with appropriate BAA Compliant Business processes, up to date management information and that they were utilising best practise eProcurement techniques.Achievements:Implemented new processes that change BAA's payment record from an average of 17 days late to on-time.Worked with suppliers and BAA Treasury to identifying potential foreign exchange fluctuation risks and manage these risks through hedging the exposure.Developed a set of reports that enabled Category Managers to measure performance of both Suppliers and BAA.Implemented eTrading processes between first & second tier Suppliers.
