Accomplishments During my tenure on the Senior Management Team at Golf Canada, I helped to successfully transition the Royal Canadian Golf Association (RCGA) to its new consumer-facing brand, “Golf Canada.” These efforts included securing and managing a partnership with The Globe and Mail on the development, hosting and editing of golfcanada.ca (Golf Canada’s primary web destination and member interface). This partnership resulted in golfcanada.ca reaching the status of the number one Canadian golf web site (ComScore). I was also instrumental in planning and developing the Golf Canada Digital Network (GCDN), which is a consolidation of Golf Canada’s digital assets, including a new CRM deployment that connected Golf Canada’s many disparate datasets into one unified view of customers and stakeholders. The success of this initiative led to its adoption as the foundation data-collection and management tool by many industry and association partners.
