• Worked with marketing, product owners, and engineering managers in defining requirements, identifying technologies, and developing schedules for Trimble Business Center (TBC), an engineering CAD software package.
• Finished development of Dynamic Compaction module for Beijing New Airport (BNA) project, defining locations to be worked, acceptance criteria and publish the information to the cloud for web and field systems. Authored.
• Integrated “background maps” that verified project locations, incorporating maps and images from other divisions into TBC.
• Developed “Saved Views” that enabled stakeholders to quickly see isolated real-time data for selected areas and “Presentation Mode,” allowing presenters to cycle through Saved Views for marketing purposes.
• Implemented “Sun” lighting by researching and implementing algorithms which determined the location of the sun (and resulting shadows on buildings and structures) at a given time and day in relationship to a location.
• Helped lead adoption of WPF and VMMV, streamlining automated unit testing process while integrating with macro language capabilities of TBC.
