As Vice President, Operations at Lakeside International, I lead our team of General Managers as well as our Fixed Ops team.Previously at Lakeside, I was General Manager of Badgerland Idealease, proudly leading a team of over 30 individuals with a wide range of skills and abilities to help our customers serve their customers through superior service, responsiveness and expertise. During this time, our lease fleet grew considerably. We did this by delivering market-leading customer service that allowed us to retain our customers and empowered our sales team to bring new customers on board. We have done this with a combination of process improvements, training, innovation, hard work and an occasional cat meme. I am passionate about my work. I consider myself fortunate to lead our team and serve our customers. I especially enjoy mentoring, coaching and process improvement. Over the last 15 years, I have developed a particular interest in management of sales process and activities through use of CRM. Prior to joining Lakeside International, I spent nearly 8 years in the car business while putting myself through college. I started in a windowless room as a telemarketer and quickly earned other responsibilities. Within less than 2 years, I was promoted to Internet Manager. I built a team from the ground up - hiring and training business development representatives while also creating work processes, managing the website, digital marketing content and reputation management. I spent countless hours studying digital marketing and learning about ways I could innovate to capture more digital traffic and sell more cars. After 4 years in this role, I was promoted to New Car Sales Manager where I used the same passion for training and process improvement to increase sales volume in a very short period of time. I brought change to a stagnant sales environment conducting weekly training sessions, making significant improvements in CRM utilization and improved inventory management. I am very proud of how hard I worked to succeed professionally while also succeeding academically and earning a BBA in finance with Magna Cum Laude honors.I always appreciate the opportunity on LinkedIn to connect with peers, customers and vendors.
