Global Chief Marketing Officer
With my deep understanding of international business challenges and expertise in operating across diverse markets, I was promoted to position Digicel as a leading global digital operator. In this role, I lead a team of 15 direct reports and 110 total employees while managing multimillion-dollar operational expenses and multibillion-dollar service revenues.I work closely with the board, executive team, and global partners to shape and execute the strategic brand direction, including rebranding and relaunch initiatives. I’ve built a digital strategy across 32 locations, crafted compelling value propositions, and implemented a targeted digital operating model with new products, go-to-market strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for our Consumer & Business Enterprise business units.Additionally, I’ve overseen marketing communications, consumer research, and insights, and played a key role in developing three global transformation programs. I’ve championed the adoption of digital marketing, leveraging emerging technologies, analytics, and customer experience strategies.By leading go-to-market strategies for 32 business units and improving conversion and engagement rates, I’ve enhanced overall ROI. I also introduced a center of excellence and a shared service center to streamline support for production, customer strategy, media planning, and buying on a global scale.DELIVERED RESULTS:Collaborated with the CEO, external partners, and the board to transform the global and operational marketing teams and functions.Saved millions by overhauling and decentralizing global and local operating models.Defended market leadership position in 21 markets and grew brand NPS to over +40.Introduced 8 new media and communication applications and services across multiple sectors, including music and sports.
