Sign Me UP was a regional visual communications franchise located in the northeast. As C.E.O, I wore many hats, but overall, I made sure all departments ran efficiently and were on course with the corporate direction that was agreed upon by all shareholders. Sign Me Up had recently grew to 9 locations in 3 states and was acquired by Fast Signs International. As far as my day-to-day responsibilities go, I managed the on boarding process of leads to franchise owners. Having to conduct webinars, work with franchise broker networks, conduct trade shows. I ultimately managed from the FDD disclosure all the way to the discovery day and eventual FA signing. In addition I also oversaw the development and support of the franchise system. I wanted to be sure that each support inquiry was handled and that our franchisees had everything they needed to succeed. Theses included: Business planning, Profit and Loss forecasting, and helping set up their marketing plans. I was responsible for the development of our intranet portal, our online university, POS integration, as well as the development of our regional marketing plans

While Creative Director at Sign Me Up Advertising, I was not only in charge of overseeing all artwork done for its clients, I also managed the brand marketing of the company as well. My talents as a designer were able to flourish here due in large part to having a wide array of clients that spanned over many industries. My desire to design never grew tired because each day I was presented with a client or project that kept me on my toes.

Having started with 1 location, I helped the franchise grow to 5 local restaurants inside of 24 months by laying out the details to build their first Federal Disclosure Document , their first financial audit and item 19, digital operation manuals, recipe books, intranet support systems, online continued education classes, and implement the right restaurant POS that was able to provide global reports for unit level sales, for royalty reporting and marketing metrics, to provide ways to keep our customers engaged with the activity of the restaurant and the franchise opportunity.

While with Brownstones Coffee National, I was in charge of leading their marketing efforts for both their franchise concept and the markets around their local restaurants. I managed all funnels for soliciting and targeting audiences that were looking for a breakfast and lunch franchise opportunity while also managing all social accounts with the mindset of growing and engaging their collective customer base. As Marketing Director, I oversaw a team of talented individuals such as, creative writers, on-site and off-site SEO optimizers, PPC managers, creative designers that all shared the common goal which was to increase conversions and driving down the cost per conversion down to a manageable cost.
