I play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with key organisations, institutions, and businesses to drive growth and expand uTalk's reach in the ED-Tech industry. This includes identifying and engaging potential partners, ranging from educational institutions and language schools to government agencies, NGOs, and corporate entities.

In this role, I successfully established and cultivated strategic partnerships with organisations, institutions, and businesses in the region. This included close collaboration with the Department for Business and Trade and various embassies in London. With a primary focus on expanding uTalk's presence and fostering collaboration in language learning initiatives and the ED-Tech sector.

As the Production Manager for a language learning software publishing company, I oversee processes across five different departments and manage a team of six team members. My responsibilities include developing strategic capabilities, planning production activities, leading product development and diversification efforts for a company that offers over 1000 different products. I successfully transitioned production from outsourcing to in-house operations over a two-year period, resulting in a significant 60% reduction in production costs and up to 70% optimisation of stock holding.
