Wir nutzen digitalen Werkzeuge (verschiedenste Softwaretools), um MTM weltweit einheitlich und sachgerecht zu verbreiten. MTM ist eine notwendige Bedingung (Voraussetzung), um die digitale Gestaltung menschlicher Arbeit im Fachgebiet IE zu ermöglichen. MTM – konkret die Prozesssprache und die ihr immanente MTM-Normleistung - ist die Voraussetzung, um digitale Bewegungsdaten in verlässliche Zeiten für den Menschen in unseren Arbeitssystemen überzuführen. Wir sind bestrebt (3.) das Vertrauen in MTM (konkret die MTM-Prozesssprache und die ihr immanente MTM-Normleistung) und die Zuverlässigkeit von MTM (die Organisation und die Methode) zu nutzen, um (4.) MTM unverzichtbar zu machen!

    The globally uniform dissemination of the MTM method – the performance standard for human work based on the MTM Standard Performance and the internationally acknowl-edged training standards MTM- and EAWS-Practitioner, as well as, MTM- and EAWS-Instructor – is one of the essential tasks of the MTM ASSOCIATION e.V. (MTMA).The Qualification Procedures of MTMA are an absolutely crucial basis for the implementation of these training standards. They define or create, for example, the currently valid admission requirements, the training principles, the training and examination materials, as well as, the currently valid valuation guidelines. The Training and Examination Regulations are decided on by the Examination Board of the MTMA Association, the members of which are MTM experts and active MTM-Instructors from the member companies of MTM ASSOCIATION. The Examination Board is the highest body to secure the training standards.
