Peter B. Kupelian is a litigator specializing in employment, insurance coverage and shareholder/business disputes. He defends companies in employment-related litigation, including disputes over breach of employment contracts and wrongful discharge, as well as age, sex, weight, religious and race discrimination. He also counsels clients on day-to-day employment issues, including drafting and interpreting employment manuals and contracts.
