Boeing’s Solid State Electronics Development organization (SSED) within the Boeing Research and Technology (BR&T) organization offers microelectronics technology development and design for Aerospace systems. My role with BR&T is to provide leadership on and Project Management skills to develop digital, analog, and RF Systems on Chip (SoCs) for radar, navigation, electronic warfare, communications and other electronic systems as a primary interface to Business Operations and the various support groups. • Strong Communication skills to internal and external customers and stakeholders.• Managing cross-functional program teams• Generating and managing cost estimates• Interfacing with highly accomplished Principal Investigators and Lead Scientists• Providing program oversight to suppliers and subcontractors• Developing project budgets and schedules• Managing risks and opportunities• Identifying and resolving program issues

Applied project engineering skills to manage new product development of mass fuel flow meters used in aircraft engine fuel consumption measurement systems. Performed analysis, created designs for processes, reviewed manufacturing methods, and executed experiments, developing new-to-the-world technologies and its process flow, for most efficient electro-mechanical component on aircraft engine in future service by 15% and other programs. • Led cross functional teams to review failure investigations, root cause analyses to perform reliability analyses including MTBF, PFMEA, DFMEA. • Collaborate with Design engineering to perform DOE on complex electrical bonding resistance problem to resolve a test anomaly and ongoing production issue impacting the yield. • Determine corrective actions for non-conformance identified by quality material review board. • Led the team to author product acceptance test procedure detailing test sequencing, measured parameters, and acceptance criteria with component maintenance manuals. • Led brainstorming activities for new design features and corrective action plans for various sub-assemblies including springs and pick off coil assemblies. • Developed and revised processes to reduce the process cycle time by nearly 20% by revising the existing process which resulted over $50k in savings annually. • Led the Kaizen event to value stream mapping projects annually for continuous improvements. • Responsible for performing capacity planning on the new building business proposal project with combined $10M budget. • Revised and custom designed tooling and fixtures.• OSHA certified and trained.
