About Me:I've been working for more than 25 years as an experienced finance transformation consultant for a large group of multi-national companies mainly in the FMCG/Retail, Industrial and Telecom sector. It is my ambition to support CFO's in improving their performance by developing and implementing corporate reporting, cost management, working capital solutions and leading Finance Transformations. I have deep expertise in the design of Global Standard Chart of Accounts (SCoA) and related data models which I have implemented in more than 40 countries over the world. Based upon my experience as Senior Manager in the audit practice of one of the Big 4, I have been involved in many IFRS conversion and recently CSRD implementation projects. In addition, I have supported many clients in optimizing thier backoffice function by applying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI, extensive experience in the selection and implementation of ERP and EPM systems.
