After the merger in 2014 between Nettbuss and City-Trafik Peter was appointed as deputy CEO of the new company and by March 2015 appointed as CEO. Peter was appointed CEO of Nettbuss in Denmark in March 2010. From this period to the merger with City-Trafik a turn-around has been performed in the company and budgets were met every month, management structure and reporting was reestablished and a plan for growth was defined and afterwards implemented. Further the company has in 2011 been certified according to ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 and the company has been granted a ‘Krone Smiley’ by the Danish “Labour Inspectorate”. Prior to this Peter was with the TDC Group from 1993 to August 2009 – the last 8 years as Senior Vice President (vicedirektør) responsible for one of the biggest divisions (TDC Kontaktcenter) with more than 1,300 employees. The area was responsible for 70% of the total sales to residential customers on fixed-net and convergence products. Since 1995 Peter has had different management positions related to both residential, business and public customers. Peter holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Århus (1993). Further he has completed the executive ‘TDC Leadership Development Program’ with modules at INSEAD and Henley Management College. During the period from 1997 to 1999 Peter worked in the Swiss company ‘sunrise AG’ as financial manager. Peter is member of multiple networks including VL-111 in Denmark.Peter is married to Lene and together they have 2 children at 15 and 17 years.
