My first experience with physical therapy was in tenth grade, when I strained a hip flexor muscle, and was referred to a PT. During my initial evaluation, I was greeted by a young, vibrant, enthusiastic therapist who not only helped me quickly recover from my ailment, but also helped shape my career choice. Today I am proudly working as a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 10 years of experience at TRIA Orthopedics in Woodbury, Minnesota. My mission is to provide the best physical therapy service while maintaining that same enthusiasm that drove me into this profession. I am a strong believer in lifelong education to ensure that I am using the best and latest evidence during my physical therapy treatment. I have recently completed a Manual Therapy Certification Program that enhanced my hands-on skills, and am board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in physical therapy.
