The main purpose of the role is to manage, motivate and develop the Key Clients field sales and support team, coaching them to achieve their potential, commercial and team targets.Living the values of the business, championing a strong client focus, actively seeking and giving support to all other business areas.Managing the team on a day to day basis; responsibilities include staff development, support, administration, performance monitoring, one to ones, coaching and team briefings. Also involved maximising the sales of all agreed products, utilising processes and in line with agreed key performance indicators, supported by the business.
