Senior officer directing organizational initiatives, business development, investment programming and capital strategies, including end-to-end acquisitions and asset/portfolio management lifecycles, GP partnerships, LP equity fundraising and debt financing. • Co-lead acquisitions strategy and the transaction process, including the arrangement of financing, for property investments across asset classes entailing value-add strategies, ground-up developments, and special situations• Co-lead portfolio and asset management oversight, devising and implementing business plans for property operations and capital projects; overseeing budgets and cash management, equity deployment and ongoing credit strategies; and directing special-case projects, such as rezoning plans• Lead equity fundraising and investor relations with success arranging commitments from various investor profiles, including institutional, accredited retail investors and opportunity zone asset managers.• Manage debt financing initiatives with a range of small- to large-cap banks and debt funds.• Key man fiduciary for the placement and oversight of affiliate capital towards funding GP investments and organizational overhead, as well as managing balance sheet exposure to guarantees and other contingent liabilities.• Operating officer and approval authority for all administration and practices related to the organization including planning/budgeting, treasury/cash management, policies/procedures, technology adoption/implementation.• Voting member of Investment, Asset Management and Organizational Steering Committees.
