• Managed Annual Fund appeals (dollar volume: $500,000) to 20,000 donors across a 10 state (1.5 million square mile) Western U.S. service region• Primary donor-relations liaison for the ($8 million) “Lighting the Way” education capital campaign, including major gift processing and acknowledgements• Provided technical support to the Director of Philanthropy & Stewardship and higher administrators conducting major donor cultivation and direct appeals; combined efforts resulted in more than $2 million in new funding support• Organized and arranged comprehensive special events-based outreach activities across the entire development region, ranging from meet & greet “friend-raisers” to a formal annual awards dinner; additionally coordinated outreach logistics for targeted donor cultivation activities, including representation by the Executive Board • Helped Chief Advancement Officer create, and later expand, the honorary giving society for major donors; established and electronically maintained a (5,000 entry) annual “Honor Roll of Donors” contributions recognition vehicle• Editor of Mission West, a semi-annual multi-page color-print donor newsletter, (circulation 15,000) responsible for story content, graphic review, design, layout, copy-editing, and deadline management• Managed a donor database of over 30,000 donors using the Raiser’s Edge™ while supervising the data-entry of a Development Assistant• Performed prospect research on a continuous basis
