I have been in the Technology sector for over 30 years having served as a Senior Executive, CEO (Vista IT), and founding team member of a very successful Silicon Valley start up (International Network Services). INS went through a successful IPO in 1996 and was later acquired by Lucent Technologies for 3+ Billion dollars in 1999. As CEO of Vista IT, a leader in the design and deployment of Contact Center Solutions for Fortune 500 companies, Vista IT was acquired by Avaya in 2003. I have served on the Boards of several start up companies where I assisted the leadership team in fundraising, market strategy, business plan execution and potential exit strategies. In start up environments, I have successfully built entire teams and operational structure to support the successful execution of the business plan. Within existing companies and organizations, I assisted the leadership in developing teams and organizational structure to support the operational plan. This included marketing strategies, sales/business development and strategic partnerships. I also have experience in managing the integration of M & A activities.Although the majority of my experience has been focused at North America, I have several years of experience managing and developing global teams and was responsible for the European expansion for International Network Services, including residing in London for 3 years.
