Leadership responsibilities include:- Operations Centre of Excellence – global leader- Sustainable Supply Chain – Asia solution leader- Life Sciences Industry – Asia Pacific partner in charge - Nominated Global Chairman’s Account - Asia Pacific Client Lead PartnerThe global Operations Centre of Excellence role includes responsibility for defining the strategy that supports the Supply Chain, Procurement, Advanced Manufacturing & Operational Excellence service lines that are deployed across the global market. The CoE creates all service line related methods, solutions/enablers etc aligned to support client demand, actively supports our in-market Operations community by providing key tools that facilitate learning and team development, as well as supporting go-to-market strategies and client opportunities. I work closely with our key global clients and liaise with leading analysts to create a point of view on leading trends and outline how the Supply Chain and Procurement functions will operate in the future given technology advances and micro/macro environmental trends. Most of the materials are presented to global analyst firms and at industry forums and client events. Within the Asia Pacific region, I am the Partner leading the Life Sciences industry sector (focus on Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Consumer Health clients). My accountability includes team capability development, revenue growth and account strategy development, as well as leading one of the global firm’s top accounts (a Global Chairman’s Account). I have worked with clients across the Asia-Pacific region for 35 years and help to enhance their operational and financial performance. I have designed and run large scale Transformation programs to drive value throughout my clients’ portfolios by accelerating opportunities to mitigate business complexity and unnecessary operational costs, helping them to position for growth and access new markets. My area of expertise includes Operational strategy; Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics advisory; and Project, change and risk management.
