I am a professional, hard working, loyal individual who is always looking to improve my skills.I passed my degree course in IT Management & Organisations which was a follow up from my HND Computing qualification. From this I was given the opportunity by a local furniture company to be part of their IT team, where I worked for over 5 years. Over this time I improved and built upon my skills, gaining promotion over this time and taking over from the IT Manager in the last few months before the company finally went into administration - the result of which ended in the company folding. Soon after I joined Natures Way Foods as part of the service desk. After a restructure I became the team lead and was responsible for managing two other service desk personal. I then moved position within the company to Application SQL Analyst with a view to building my SQL skills and supporting the business in future development including BI. Following this I was asked to take the Applications Lead position to manage the entire Applications Team supporting SQL, sharepoint, BI, AX, in house and peripheral applications. After a reshuffle in 2019 Business Intelligence has recently become my sole focus and I am now responsible for the management of data and information to give the business insight and clarification by delivering accurate and timely data
