Starting in the 1992, I worked for Clariion, a division of Data General and the Sun MicroSystems. My participation, as a Sales and BD Leader, focused on the growth of Clariion and helped position this “crown jewel” for the acquisition of DG by EMC. At Sun I did BD work by creating partnership ecosystems with innovative storage technologies, enterprise applications and Fortune 500 corporations.In 1999, I started a 14-year span as an Operating partner and Executive for HighBar Partners. My data center knowledge and experience with Hardware, Networking, Data Services and Software made a perfect match. The projects I worked on (SanValley Systems, StorActive and Soonr) all included positioning technology to meet customer needs by developing new strategies and GTM plans. Wearing 2 hats, BD and Sales, I had to operate revenue growth through international expansion (NA, LATAM, EU, APAC) by building new partnerships for revenue leverage. Rasing capital to meet the capital requirements and increasing the revenue but also improving the valuation. I also on the HighBar team for a $200M Fund raising campaign that secured capital from a wide variety of LP’s. In2016, I started my own consulting firm, Seed2Exit, to help VC firms with their portfolio startups. I worked on turnarounds for better valuations. I aligned new partners as potential acquirers, built confidence with the integrated partners technologies for a good exit.In 2020, my focus turned towards climate tech and cleantech. I've focused on Hydrogen as the best choice to replace the current fossil fuel. Working with several startups, I coordinated a JV between a Tribal community and a Hydrogen production technology in the US and EU. I also volunteer for Forest Foundations that focus protecting mother nature.In 2022 I took a call from a friend, Gregory Gorman, seeking partnership. We then designed a new business plan model with a unique structure for the Seed2exit you see today.
